Haha, we don't do it based on geo-ip, you can set your country during startup or through settings.

I don't recall setting my country during setup but I could have just 0 IQ past it

After signup, you go into startup, where it will ask you for things like your display name, profile picture, and etc. However you can skip this and it will just choose some defaults, that being United States for the country.
