✨I have decided upon our next community fundable item on my #Throne #wishlist ✨

Unlike usual, this item is not for my health NOR for my stream setup. This item is for Town Crier, my #ServiceDog who does so much for me every single day of her life. 👀

I want to give back to her efforts and also I'd like to get a dog similar to her in the future as she will need to retire soon.

Hot topic: I hate cat owners who let their cats run wild & say "I'll just let it be an outdoor cat" bc it keeps escaping.

One of my neighbors cats is terrorizing my #ServiceDog and has decided our backyard is it's home now. My dog need to be able to use the bathroom UNHARMED!

I'm also pissed off at my housemates because they're encouraging the cat to stay in the backyard. I literally had to shove it out the gate so it would stop provoking & attacking my dog.

I'm about to travel for 3 weeks & can't afford my SERVICE DOG to be injured & unable to work.

I'm curious, handler's what has been your biggest accessibility obstacle with traveling with your #ServiceDog ?

If you mention a place and it isn't a big name place, feel free to say "mom & pop stores", "diner", or other generalized terms to avoid giving away your exact area!

For me, my biggest 2 obstacles are my family & a local diner.

My family still doesn't like dealing w/me taking Town Crier everywhere & sometimes bans me from doing so. Sometimes I agree, but usually I don't.

As for the local diner, it's pet friendly if you sit outside but due to my MS & local temps I can't sit outside

I think I have decided on the breed I'd like to get as my next #ServiceDog

The Norwegian Buhund seems similar in stature to my current dog, slightly smaller even. I hope it isn't too small, but as it stands, any dog bigger than my current one (which is an abnormal size [she's kinda between sizes]) is going to be too big. My ideal weight range (pre being spoiled rotten) is 40-45lbs. This breed is typically 26-40 lbs (including low and high weights for both genders).

Other AKC facts like drooling level, coat type, social, and training capabilities seems good overall.
