Have to get some form of Mac just to build and publish the vTubers.Me app to the Apple App Store.

use macStadium for it. they have CICD support to automate it too

Yes, I have looked into the cloud options, however it really doesn't make sense when I'll end up paying more overtime.
I would just visualize it, however the latest macOS version doesn't like amd.

true. its annoying because apple makes it harder and harder to run in a VM with every update...
