Izuku – halfblood of Diablo
Ochako – lucky combination of demon lineages, with a very powerful Japanese one in the mix
Momo – Only 5%, but a mix of powerful lineages, mainly focused on quirk training and guided designs
Himiko – A mix of a couple of powerful demons in her lineage
In a crossover that I didn't know I needed, the worlds of MHA, RWBY, and Devil May Cry are combined into one! The fic starts with the Demon family, Dante, Virgil, and Nero. Dante and Virgil are arguing, and they end up on the topic of who would be the best teacher.

Combined with the fact that odd Demon activity was on the rise in Japan, and that there were at least 3 powerful human/demon hybrids in Japan as well, they decided to go and investigate while they picked up apprentices. Nero got roped into the mess since he was there, but he spends most of the start working on training Momo in weapon designs and fighting. Virgil and Dante find their apprentices while they fend off Grimm, whereas Nero finds his when he's contracted to be a tutor by the Yaoyorozu family. Their investigations start off slowly, so they spend time training their chosen apprentices.
Dante trains Izuku, with an emphasis on helping him find a weapon he's good at, Virgil trains Ochako with an emphasis on training her hand-to-hand and precision to exploit her gravity powers in rapid melee combat, and Nero helps Momo incorporate demonic arts into her Creation. Nero also picks up a trio of other troublemakers in the form of Penny, Ruby, and Mei and they are quickly known as the Geneva Suggestion trio. The worldbuilding/mixing is extremely good, mixing Grimm and Hell easily enough, while having Quirks be a difficult societal evolution as it was in MHA canon.

The main conspiracy picks up after everyone can engage in their training in earnest, following their teachers as they hunt down whoever seems to be trying to summon powerful demons onto Earth. Ochako follows Virgil around the world as he hunts the cult, and it seems that Salem is one of the big baddies. And when she's not training or fighting, she keeps getting girls throwing their numbers at her. Izuku sticks around Japan and joins Dante's Devil May Cry agency, being sent on his own to investigate contracts that Dante feels are both safe enough for his level and are somewhere
