Working on writing my goals for this year! Trying to cap them at 1-4 things per month so I have a better chance of success but also to stay aware of my health and likely capacity in a healthy way!

I am definitely not choosing anything like fitness or diet type things as my goals because that is not really healthy (despite popular opinion) as well as is not really something that would be achievable for me.

Look forward to my goals soon!
