I completely forgot to mention it, but I was able to go out and get some REAL ramen the other day...
Good GODS was that awesome!
It was just this cozy little place - they like, sat you at this long bar with short little wooden stools and you got a BIG bowl of your ramen!

I also splurged and got some pork gyoza on the side - I had never once had them before then and I thought, "I mean, when's the next chance I'll have to get some?"
