Can I ask for some feedback? I found Twitch's new "Make EZ Youtube Short" button, but I'm not sure if I should be doing anything more?

It seems like a lot of popular clips have things like quick cuts, colorful subtitles, meme sfx etc, but idk if I'm savvy enough for that yet. I guess I have to learn :V
