I'm guessing the reason why Mario Kart is much more popular in general is because it appeals to a wider audience. Yakuza has always had a much more mature theme, so it's more of a niche audience.

I reccomend making more intrusive or involved ones be more expensive.

Twitch does say how many channel points the average user gets per hour. So I would try to base it around that, if you don't want them doing it to much, set it a bit higher than it.
