If you sign up for youtube you get a channel, actually if you sign up for gmail, you have a youtube channel. It's pretty straight forward how to post, there's a button in the top right corner of the site. If it's a posting channel you just need a microphone and the video itself, you just upload that. If it's streaming you need to activate it and then wait about 24 hours. For that you need a streaming software like OBS or Streamlabs. You should watch a few tutorials first.
