All of the suggestions I'd give would just involve better optimization for the app.
So, I'll say group DM's.

Group dms might take a little bit while I focus on other parts of the platform, since there’s already places you very easily do this on.

Hmmmm. Be able to chat with up to 8 people, have a cooldown timer between messages, create polls, and maybe be able to share videos. Those are just a few things I could think of off the top of my head.
