I wasn't going to bring much about my disabillity or medical conditions up because well I don't want to be known for that but for the first time in a long time i feel like I can improve my poor feet circulation and undo the swelling in spite of my cerebral palsy i just learned today that i can march in place washout falling If i do it enough maybe i'll regulate my blood flow and as an added perk loose a little weight :) its nice to feel hopeful :)
