Since I don't dabble in NSFW myself, I'm not sure. But the community guidelines do offer an idea. As I've seen, full nudity and depictions of (consensual) sexual acts are A-OK so long as they're marked as NSFW (there's a button under posts that marks it as safe or not safe).
