With the goal of a healthy body (because I'm sadly marked as Obese Class II from my medical exams), and a healthier mental state, I've decided to start working out daily after work, in small beginner-level bursts

My noodle arms won't like it now but it'll thank me later hopefully.

1 mins of planks daily (2 sets of 30s) along side 10 kneeling push ups, increasing the stack by 5 push ups weekly!
