Small health update:

For the TLDR edition: I almost passed out in public and am now home safely.

#Disability isn't our entire personality, but it is something where the options are to be silently repressed or to scream it out loud for the world to hear.

Here's some pictures from yesterday during the infusion. They poked me twice like usual since the nurses never listen to me. The vein we went with is a squiggly vein, which is apparently why they don't listen, but it's the only one that doesn't play peek-a-boo with us.

It's almost time for my bi-annual infusion! These infusions help reduce #MultipleSclerosis flareups, which in turn helps reduce permanent damage inflicted upon my body. This DOES NOT REDUCE my DAILY SYMPTOMS, and for a time, it will actually drastically increase them.

Felt like reposting a twitter rant but don't feel like retyping the entire thing, so I'm posting the screenshot of the thread instead.

It basically entails how I'm upset at housemates behavior towards the idea of them and their extended family having pets but at the same time they've neglected my animals while living here for 5 years, and are also the direct cause of them getting sick on several occasions (used to be weekly, now it's monthly).

the lack of respect is both frustrating and appalling.

I love this outfit, but I'm excited for a new one soon 😘

Hey guys, you may have noticed I haven't been around for the past 2 days & unfortunately I will be gone longer. I'm dealing with some health issues atm & we will leave it at that. I will hopefully be back in a few days, but until then, ALL streams & youtube uploads will be stopped. I will also likely not be on socials much, including my discord.

I made some warm milk (as a pre hot cocoa drink) for Town Crier and me. Yes I gave us both whipped cream but she's getting old, she's allowed more frequent human joys.

I found this on twitter. This was literally my goal for today and why I took the day off from streaming... but my irl life had other plans.

I might take the rest of the week off from streaming as I will need recovery time from PT on Friday and my house will likely make that hard for me on the weekend like usual.

People think I have all of the time in the world because I'm a #vtuberswithdisabilities and don't work, but realistically speaking, I shouldn't be streaming nearly as much as I do, DESPITE all of the breaks I take on stream. I just want to enjoy my life and help people enjoy theirs.

So I guess I overdid it? Making this lovely meal took all of my energy & I'm in pain but it was worth it.

BUT

Now I'm having an asthma flareup so yay for inhaler I guess. If I keep coughing after a few uses, I'm going to need to call my doctor and possibly get some prednisone.

I'm hoping it's not a full flare-up because getting meds in another state, let alone w/ a potentially different medical pharmacy & not knowing my way around while driving is not a combination I want this week.

Good news is I have 2 types of inhalers with me so that should help.

On this day....I mentally cry because as much as I want to grow....I'm not ready for it yet!!!! Gahhhh, let me get my shit together before making me grow please!!!! 😭
