today is a crazy day - revelations and rebellion. that means no social media for me tonight. it’s unhealthy to be peering into others lives for any extended period of time as it subconciously can lead to engaging in comparisons. social media=comparison. comparison is the death of creativity…and wholly unhealthy for the psyche or for keeping motivated.
