Faking Harassment Evidence

Not unlike another blacklisted Vtuber, FalterXV uses fabricated evidence to rally support against those he's harassed.

Shared speech patterns, typing style, evidence of Discord impersonation, moderate use of common sense.

Slander, Harassment, Fatphobia, Transphobia
・— Description:
Harmful messages sent by Falter, slandering and harassing individuals for their appearance and identity.
In a DM to Elboim, Falter accuses xownfosVT of being affiliated with CMU, another instance of Falter spreading lies in efforts to slander creators.
Falter's claims were disproven by CMU's screenshots showing Xownfos and CMU meeting that day (1/13)

FalterXV has a history of doxing/threatening to dox. Under the name Beefbaka, he doxed CreateMyUnivers and planned to grab the IP of an E:D player.

As a Twitch Affiliate, FalterXV has been generating income using a Vtuber design blatantly stolen from Azur Lane character Scharnhorst, a design Falter not owned by Falter

Scamming/Fraudulent Chargebacks
・— Description:
FalterXV files a chargeback for a donation given to one
obidabs, a former FalterXV friend
Falter would later go on record accusing obidabs of stealing money from him.
He also went on to scam artist, VA and Vtuber Tai-Lynn by submitting a chargeback after claiming he never received emotes he commissioned from her, despite evidence of the contrary existing.

Harassment Over Unfollows:

Screenshots reveal FalterXV does indeed use an unfollow-tracker to confront and harass Vtubers that unfollow him, something that was suspected after various of his former followers reported being harassed by him.

As per usual, FalterXV would later go on to accuse his victims of harassing him first, while providing zero evidence to support these accusations.

DMCA Takedown Abuse

FalterXV's YouTube channel is suspended by YouTube, citing Falter's history of abusing the DMCA takedown system to remove videos
In recent months, he's went on to DMCA content depicting his true nature, including the video by Active_Genesis and some of our own Twitter posts, often breaking the law to do so.

Harassment

After various Twitter users started asking why Falter promoted a tweet (He hid these comments and blocked who posted them) Falter went on to incite harassment towards these users, accusing them of being alts of Vtubers he harassed, again failing to provide any evidence of these accounts being alternate accounts.
