Who, at Twitch, is responsible for making decisions over there? The new "Stories" feature is open just for Partners and Affiliates. Don't you think that feature should be available for people who are trying to reach those goals? Isn't this built to help with discoverability?

It really seems like Twitch does NOT care about their affiliates.
We get the bare bones in monetization features with limited control options and zero opportunities to make extra outside of ads (which are like eating the crumbs after cutting a loaf of bread).
Not the mention just how MASSIVE of a gap it is to upgrade from affiliate to partner - it feels unatainable with hard work - it's just luck!
Such a sloppy system.

I wish Twitch never gave affiliates/partners more control over ad frequency so that the burden of 'not setting it right' would still be on them rather than the streamer getting complaints about ad frequency like it's their fault.
