unlock D20, go to greed mode, pray you find d20, when you find it, find a battery in the shop and don't pick up any coins in the battle room
after defeating all waves you can reroll the coins into chests, open the chests to drop more items, get the battery from the shop, reroll again, open more chests and repeat till you have literally infinite items, bombs, pickups and other bullshit
play the game or let the game play you

i might consider streaming The Binding of Isaac soon-ish, been playing the game a lot recently, and thinking out loud to other peeps might be more fun than to myself only lol
