COVID incapacitated me for two weeks; during that time, I suffered a lot and experienced an overwhelming sense of fatigue. It impacted my momentum and motivation to do stuffs.

However, I'm grateful to say that I have finally recovered and am ready to work toward my goals again!

Hello 2024!

I typically find New Year's resolutions to be pointless, but this year feels different. There are some things that I truly want to achieve—ordinary yet important goals:

1. Establish a regular sleep routine.
2. Eat regular, balanced meals.
3. Rekindle my love for reading
4. Dedicate more time to friends and family.
5. Increase physical activity.
6. Better regulate my mood.
7. Be passionate and live to the fullest.

Tested positive for COVID during the holiday season, so I'll be in quarantine until the end of the year.

Trying to look at the bright side – at least it's a one-week holiday for me! Fingers crossed that the symptoms won't worsen.
