Hi everybody just popping in to say hello and to explain why I was absent this past week, my dad almost lost his leg and needed to be airlifted to a hospital that's far away from my home so my family basically were living at the hospital for the past week, thankfully my dad is okay and doing better but believe me when I say we're tired lol but im back in good health!

So my mental took a really hard hit the other day (had a PA) so just remember it's okay to take some time for yourself and I mean not just when your able to but make sure to have a good amount of time to really decompress, relax, breath and remind yourself things are okay! I had to step away from socials because I was feeling overwhelmed but today I am feeling a lot better! Will probably still take time to recharge though haha
