Next thing I'll work on for Sushi Bot is gonna be a configurable auto shout out feature!

My plan is to allow Discord server admins to attach a role and channel to the auto shout out. Sushi Bot will then shout out anyone with the selected role in the selected channel

I'm adding this so VTubers can control whose content gets featured in their servers
